Trash and Recycling Containers

Too often we see trashcans and recycling bins stored all week long in public view (behind garages/fences in townhouse area) and (in front of garages in single family homes) as opposed to inside the garage/fence or backyard where they really belong. This is a clear cut violation of Whittier’s governing documents not to mention “what an eyesore.” Please store your containers out of view until the regularly scheduled collection day and return containers promptly back to their designated storage area.
